Basa18 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

To open an account with basa18, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering with false or incorrect details is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any deposited funds. Each individual may hold only one account; if multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. Sharing your login details with anyone else is prohibited, and doing so means you accept full liability for any unauthorised activity on your account. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

As part of identity verification, basa18 may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents at any time. Withdrawals and certain services may be restricted until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is completed. This verification process is conducted in accordance with international financial security standards.

If any of the information provided at registration changes, you must update your account in a timely manner. For changes to your phone number or email address, please contact the support team, as these details are used for security verification. Keeping your account information up to date helps ensure uninterrupted access to our services.

All financial transactions on basa18 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For deposits and withdrawals, we accept bKash, Nagad, and other approved mobile banking methods. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are clearly stated on the platform.

Withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours of the request, though this may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed. Additional verification may be required for larger withdrawal amounts, which is a completely standard procedure. We do not impose any hidden fees or extra charges.

Specific wagering requirements apply to all bonuses and promotional offers, and these are outlined separately for each offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the applicable betting conditions have been met. Attempting to withdraw before fulfilling the bonus terms may result in the bonus being forfeited.

For chargebacks or disputed transactions, basa18 will review all available information and evidence before making a decision. Filing a chargeback in bad faith may result in permanent account closure and legal action to recover any outstanding amounts.

Basa18 reserves the right to modify these Terms, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify users via their registered email or through the platform. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Basa18 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons: breach of Terms, suspected fraud, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or any other unlawful activity. Users will be informed of the reason before or after account closure and will be given the opportunity to appeal.

Upon account closure, any legitimate balance remaining will be refunded, excluding bonuses or amounts where conditions have not been met. If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, all funds may be forfeited. The account will be fully closed once the withdrawal process has been completed.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes or legal claims will be settled in a competent court in Bangladesh. Both parties will attempt to resolve any dispute through negotiation before resorting to legal proceedings.

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. As the entire agreement between the parties, these Terms — together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines — supersede all prior oral or written understandings.
